1.1, 2011-07-28: minor updates and fixes

works with 2.59 v39615 (current trunk as of 2011-08-22)

cleaned up ui; changes to ui (ex: toggle cam easing) are printed to console
added more keypresses.  see keys.txt for more info
added black background setting for 3d viewer, new default for main view
turned on 2xAA by default.  can be changed with --glsamples command line option
added exception handling to catch problems when filters disable all steps
added hacks to fix osx issues (resizing windows, playback).  use --osx command line option
switching to neutral camera (f12) now switches to user view
blender 2.58b inverted the rotation quats; fixed in meshflow
updated scripts to be more general
